In this study S. el Mathari, A. Arrouby, N. Boulidam, and J. Kluin evaluate the impact and benefits of our VECTOR extracurricular education program on students' knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology and they explore possible factors involved in (academic) career decision making.
We are thrilled to learn that the researchers found a beneficial effect of the VECTOR programme and that they recommend further implementation of such programmes!
